We're
hiring!

We are hiring across multiple departments including growth and product. We're looking to hire the right people for our small team to execute globally.

Who we
are hiring

Flywheel Motion builds the infrastructure that makes impactful people and organisations findable. We own the platform, the properties and the network that connects them, which means the work here is building the machine rather than renting someone else's.

We are a small team by choice. That means every role listed below owns its area outright rather than supporting someone who does. If you want a narrow brief and a long approval chain, this will frustrate you. If you have been waiting for the scope to actually do the job properly, that is what is on offer.

We hire for judgment over credentials. Every role below is open to people who can show us the work, whatever route they took to being able to do it.

Who we're looking for

Open a role to read the detail and email us if you're interested.

01Public Relations

You own earned media for the network: getting our clients and our own founders quoted, profiled and cited in the places their audiences already trust. This is a pitching seat, not a press-release seat.

What you'd own

  • Building and working a journalist list that is genuinely yours, not bought
  • Pitching stories that stand up without a news hook we invented
  • Turning client expertise into commentary editors actually want
  • Awards, speaking slots and industry lists as a deliberate pipeline
  • Tracking what landed, what didn't, and being honest about which

What we need

  • Placements you can point to, and the story of how each one happened
  • Writing that reads like a person, because editors can tell
  • Comfort being told no repeatedly and pitching again anyway
  • Judgment about when a story is not there yet

02Copywriter

You write the properties. Positioning lines, site copy, long-form pieces, the words inside the products. Everything we build is read before it is judged, and you are the one being read.

What you'd own

  • Site and landing copy for our own properties and clients'
  • Long-form pieces that carry an argument rather than filling a slot
  • Finding a client's actual voice and writing in it convincingly
  • Editing what the rest of us write, including the founders

What we need

  • A portfolio where the work sounds like different people, on purpose
  • The instinct to cut your own best sentence when it isn't earning its place
  • Working with AI tools without producing writing that reads like them
  • Curiosity about subjects you don't already know

03Outbound Lead Gen

You find the people who should be in this network and get a first conversation on the calendar. Top of funnel, owned end to end, measured on qualified conversations rather than emails sent.

What you'd own

  • Sourcing and qualifying targets against a real profile, not a scrape
  • Writing outbound that gets answered, and rewriting it when it stops
  • Sequencing, follow-up discipline and clean CRM hygiene
  • Feeding back what the market actually says to the rest of us

What we need

  • Numbers from a previous seat: sent, replied, booked, and what changed them
  • Comfort with research — the good version of this job is mostly research
  • Tooling fluency, and the sense to know when tooling is the problem
  • Resilience that is genuine rather than performed

04Client Services

You are the reason clients stay. You run the relationship from signed to renewed: what's happening, what's next, what's honestly not working yet.

What you'd own

  • The relationship, the cadence and the reporting for your accounts
  • Translating between what a client asks for and what they need
  • Keeping delivery on schedule without becoming a ticket queue
  • Renewal and expansion, because you saw it coming early

What we need

  • Experience owning accounts, not assisting on them
  • Delivering unwelcome news early and clearly
  • Enough technical literacy to hold your own on what we build
  • Organization that survives a bad week

05Business Development

You close, and you shape what we sell. This seat sits close to the founders and has real say in which markets we go after and what we say when we get there.

What you'd own

  • Qualified conversations through to signature
  • Pricing and scoping calls that don't sell delivery a problem
  • Partnerships that bring properties into the network
  • Telling us which parts of the pitch keep failing, and why

What we need

  • A track record of closing considered, relationship-led deals
  • Understanding what we actually do well enough to defend it
  • Willingness to walk away from a bad fit early
  • Judgment about what we should be charging

06Product Lead

You own what we build and the order we build it in. The platform underneath the network is the thing that makes this business defensible, and it needs someone whose whole job is making it better.

What you'd own

  • Roadmap and priority calls, including the unpopular ones
  • Specs that engineers can build from without a meeting
  • The line between what we automate and what stays human
  • Measuring whether shipped things actually worked

What we need

  • Shipped products you can talk about honestly, failures included
  • Technical depth to earn engineering's trust without writing the code
  • Comfort deciding with incomplete information
  • Real opinions about AI-native tooling, held loosely
