for the most impactful people and organizations in the world
We are an intelligent growth engine for the people and organizations redefining what it means to drive good impact.
Own infrastructure, positioning, and properties — the rails everything else runs on. Content, search, and AI-native publishing that make the work impossible to miss. Cross-linked properties and earned media that compound each other's authority. More reach funds more content, which drives more reach — the loop compounding.
One flywheel, four stages, all compounding.
why we exist
The talent capable of making impact work visible — designers, engineers, growth operators — follows the paycheck into enterprise, leaving the people doing the work invisible to the funders, partners, and audiences who'd back them.
So we went after the mechanism rather than the symptoms. The infrastructure that made the loudest and most polarizing voices online impossible to ignore is a network effect: interconnected properties that cross-link, cross-promote, and compound each other's authority until the platforms have no choice but to surface them. — World Economic Forum
Around 10 million social enterprises operate worldwide, roughly 3% of all businesses.
World Economic Forum / Schwab Foundation, January 2024The Rise Ahead Pledge puts the shortfall at $1.1 trillion, against the $1.125 trillion social innovation needs globally.
World Economic Forum / Schwab Foundation, January 2024Social enterprises generate about $2 trillion in annual revenue and support more than 200 million jobs. The impact is not the thing in question. The visibility is.

what we build
We start by auditing what already exists — every property, every page, every gap between what's been built and what's actually being found. That audit becomes the plan: what to keep, what to fix, and what to build from scratch.
Our own platform: servers, data, and APIs. We own the rails, so speed, cost, and what is possible are ours to set rather than a vendor's. On top of it sits the AI-native layer — programmatic SEO, LLM publishing, content automation, and analytics.
The owned properties themselves — what we call attention properties: the screens people actually see and use, where every layer surfaces as one clean product. Custom built to whatever the work needs, not a single template.
Every property we build — site, social, video, email — is wired to every other property in the network on the back end, invisible to anyone reading them. Search engines and AI systems reward networks of content that reinforce each other's authority.
The compounding loop: more reach leads to more signups, which fund more content, which drives more reach. Every property runs on the same context engine, so what we learn from one member sharpens the system for all of them.
one network
Every member's digital properties are connected on the back end through Flywheel Motion. There is no single hub. Each member ties into the others, so a win on any one of them — a ranking, a citation, a link, a mention — raises the authority of all of them.
Members are not competing for the same attention — they are lending it to each other, and that compounding is the machine. It is what we mean by a flywheel in motion.
Read more about our methodologywhy it matters
Looking beyond our own corners of the world. Four issues sit underneath this work, and none of them are marketing problems dressed up as bigger ones.
Audiences are re-sorting. Nobody built the shelf they re-sort onto.
People are getting sharper about who they follow, moving away from clickbait toward those with something worth saying. That shift needs somewhere to land, so the people worth listening to are findable at the moment audiences go looking.
Budget spent on strategies that were never going to work.
Most impact teams, even with marketing staff, do not understand how the modern internet or AI decides who gets found. Real budget disappears into strategies that were never going to work. We upskill those teams and hand them technology built for exactly this problem.
People tune out when they cannot see the choice in front of them.
Most people lack a clear picture of what is at stake when it comes to our planetary decline, or what they can do about it. So they tune out. Surfacing the people doing the real work shows the choices in front of everyone else. It is a motivator, and we have seen it work over and over.
Synthetic noise is drowning the voices worth hearing.
As AI-generated content floods the internet, telling a credible expert voice from synthetic noise is becoming its own crisis. A network that reinforces authentic, verified authority is a direct answer to it.

questions
The things people want to know once they have read this far.
A growth engine for people and organisations doing work that deserves to be found. We build the whole system — the platform underneath, the brand and site on top of it, the properties people actually see, the network wiring them together, and the ongoing work that compounds all of it. Five layers, one flywheel.
No. Agencies rent you their attention for as long as you pay for it. We build owned infrastructure — your platform, your properties, your network position — that keeps working and keeps compounding. The engine is ours; what it produces is yours.
Anything you own that holds someone's attention: a site, a publication, a video channel, a newsletter, a tool. Not a social account you rent from a platform that can change the rules on you overnight. Owned, custom-built to whatever the work needs, and wired into every other property in the network.
It is for people already doing the work — investors, policy architects, climate scientists, conservationists, clinicians, designers, advisors — who are under-known relative to what they have built. It is not for anyone who wants visibility without substance underneath it. There is no version of this that manufactures a reputation you have not earned.
The build lands in weeks. The compounding takes longer, because that is what compounding means — search engines and AI systems reward authority that accumulates, and accumulating takes months, not days. Anyone promising you a spike in a fortnight is selling you a spike, not a flywheel.
Because it is now deciding who gets found. People increasingly ask an AI system rather than scroll a results page, and those systems favor networks of credible, reinforcing, verifiable content. Most teams are still optimizing for a version of the internet that is quietly being replaced. We build for the one that is arriving.
It depends on how much of the flywheel you need built and how much already exists. There is no menu price, because a scientist with nothing but a university page and a fund with an established brand are not the same job. Start a conversation and we will be straight with you about scope before anyone talks numbers.
Yes, and people do. If you know someone whose work deserves to travel further than it currently does, nominate them. We would rather hear about the person heads-down doing the work than the person best at telling us about it.
